Your attitude and thought when coming before a Holy God are much more important than what you are presenting before Him. If I seek God, it must come from a place of sincerity and not one of routine.
Prayers is general conversation, and request unto/with God. This is one of the best gifts that our LORD has bestowed on us. The fact that He hears us and even responds to our prayers blows my mind.
